Synergy4Skills is an independent company that provides a consultancy service for an Employer to align strategic business goals to their Learning and Development strategy, and to ensure where relevant synergy with the Government’s Skills Agenda.

Offering advice, guidance and support from undertaking a Training Needs Analysis through to Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation of the Learning and Development function.

Synergy4Skills provides the experience to review with the Employer the existing Learning and Development interventions and Government Funding Streams, ensuring all parties are working within service level agreements and contractual requirements.

Synergy4Skills introduces Employers to Providers and Partners therefore, enhancing Learning and Development delivery as well as individual performance.

Synergy4Skills is closely working with Awarding Organisations, Providers, Colleges and Funding Bodies to ensure skills development is delivered through quality training programmes to meet Employer's business objectives.

Coaching & Mentoring

Synergy4Skills has ILM Level 7 accredited Coaches and Mentors who have undertaken a number of Executive Coaching and Mentoring programmes, concentrating on Performance Management, Relationship Management, Culture Change and Strategic Development using various models.

Services

Learning & Development

Synergy4Skills can provide any of the following services for an Employer with regard to the Learning and Development function of the business and Government Funding Streams to meet business requirements for company skills plans.

Client Analysis

Synergy4Skills will undertake meetings with the client to ascertain strategic direction, business working model(s) and key business goals / objectives to meet business requirements at International, National and Regional level.

Synergy4Skills will prepare, conduct and evaluate findings from the Client Analysis meetings, to document the current business direction for the Client, to facilitate the Business Analysis phase.

Business Analysis

Synergy4Skills will gather business information from each business area / site / department including; Strategic business training requirements; Core business competencies; Existing Training / Skills analysis; Business structure; Assess suitability to expand existing Learning and Development functions, or obtain/increase Government Funding Streams for training.

Recommendations

Synergy4Skills will research, assess and make recommendations during the stages of engagement with the Employer, all Learning and Development functions, and relevant Government Funding Streams.

Implementation

Synergy4Skills has experience of implementing various operational delivery models within Learning and Development and Government Funding streams for Employers, and can provide a Consultative through to Implementation service. This includes meeting Business objectives, Funding and Awarding Organisation standards and requirements during implementation phase of all projects.

Operations

Synergy4Skills provides a Consultative service for Employers running any type of training / funding operations within their business. The service ranges from; Reviewing current Learning and Development / Government Funding Streams, service level agreements and contracts that are in place; Initial assessment and recommendation of the operational set-up; Provide tailored monitoring tools; Advise prior to Audit and Ofsted inspections to ensure delivery is meeting standards and requirements; Develop action planning tools for improvements against agreed standards.

Synergy4Skills has experience of working and coordinating with Commercial and Vocational Providers, to ensure that the Employers operational delivery models within Learning and Development and Government Funding Streams, are developed and implemented successfully by the Provider.

We are therefore, able to offer an independent and comprehensive Employer engagement strategy to the Provider, ensuring a systematic and streamlined approach to service delivery on behalf of our clients.
