Synergy4Skills has ILM Level 7 accredited Coaches and Mentors who have undertaken a number of Executive Coaching and Mentoring programmes, concentrating on Performance Management, Relationship Management, Culture Change and Strategic Development using various models.
Synergy4Skills can provide any of the following services for an Employer with regard to the Learning and Development function of the business and Government Funding Streams to meet business requirements for company skills plans.
Synergy4Skills will undertake meetings with the client to ascertain strategic direction, business working model(s) and key business goals / objectives to meet business requirements at International, National and Regional level.
Synergy4Skills will prepare, conduct and evaluate findings from the Client Analysis meetings, to document the current business direction for the Client, to facilitate the Business Analysis phase.
Synergy4Skills will gather business information from each business area / site / department including; Strategic business training requirements; Core business competencies; Existing Training / Skills analysis; Business structure; Assess suitability to expand existing Learning and Development functions, or obtain/increase Government Funding Streams for training.

Synergy4Skills has experience of implementing various operational delivery models within Learning and Development and Government Funding streams for Employers, and can provide a Consultative through to Implementation service. This includes meeting Business objectives, Funding and Awarding Organisation standards and requirements during implementation phase of all projects.
Synergy4Skills provides a Consultative service for Employers running any type of training / funding operations within their business. The service ranges from; Reviewing current Learning and Development / Government Funding Streams, service level agreements and contracts that are in place; Initial assessment and recommendation of the operational set-up; Provide tailored monitoring tools; Advise prior to Audit and Ofsted inspections to ensure delivery is meeting standards and requirements; Develop action planning tools for improvements against agreed standards.
